Do you repair all vacuum brands and models?

Do you repair robot vacuums?

Yes. We specialise in robot vacuum repairs, including charging issues, wheel faults, brush motor problems, navigation errors and software related issues across all major robot vacuum brands.

How often should I service my vacuum?

For most households, we recommend servicing your vacuum every 12 months. If your vacuum is used heavily, in a commercial environment, or has pets in the home, servicing every 6 to 9 months is ideal to maintain performance and prevent costly repairs.

What does the $99 service or inspection fee cover?

The inspection fee covers a full assessment of your vacuum, fault diagnosis, testing, and a clear explanation of what is required to repair the unit.

Are parts included in the service fee?

No. Parts are not included in the service or inspection fee. If parts are required, we will contact you with a clear quote before proceeding with any repairs.

Do you provide same day repairs?

Yes, many repairs can be completed the same day depending on the fault and parts availability. If parts need to be ordered, we will advise you of the expected turnaround time before proceeding.

How long does a repair usually take?

Simple repairs and services can often be completed within the same day. More complex repairs that require parts usually take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on supplier availability.

Is it worth repairing an older vacuum?

In many cases, yes. Quality vacuums are often far more economical to repair than replace. After inspection, we will always give you honest advice on whether repair is worthwhile or if replacement makes more sense.

Do you offer pickup and drop off services?

Yes. We offer pickup and drop off services across Sydney for customers who are unable to visit our workshop. This can be arranged when booking your repair.
