Dropped off our Shark Cordless Detect Pro on August 15 after it started clogging and stopping halfway through vacuuming. By August 22, it was ready and back home.

Outstanding service. I took my Roborock in after it stopped working properly and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it back to me sooner than I expected.

Tony was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuinely easy to deal with. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and there was no messing around.

My Dyson DC20 had a blocked hose & was long overdue for a service. Tony organised collection on the same day that I contacted them & kept in touch on the progress with the machine. Work was done as needed and nothing unnecessary. It was also done quickly & the machine was returned to me within a week. Pricing, including collection & return, was good. The conversation was extremely clear, professional and efficient. Tony was such a lovely gentleman, very thorough in explaining everything, and genuinely took the time to listen and assist me. His professionalism, patience and willingness to help really stood out.

It’s not often you come across such outstanding customer service over the phone. Tony went above and beyond and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant.
